Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of order date. Free shipping on returns and exchanges within 60 days (1 free return/exchange per order).

Return labels must be used within 5 days of issue.

Orders returned for refund will be refunded to the same method of payment: product price, less 10% merchant and restocking fees.

Due to lab charges, custom prescription orders with premium lenses and additional lens coatings cannot be refunded due to custom upfit costs. Custom prescription changes will be charged for prescription remake only.
