Shipping
 
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail® & Express Mail®, UPS and FedEx. 
Orders placed before 12 noon EST using the Express shipping option typically ship the same business day;
Orders placed after 12 noon EST will ship the next business day.
 

Returns / Exchanges

Returns or exchanges for spare-specs prescription(s) and/or frame style(s) can be made within 30 days of shipping date.
 
Prescription Changes
 
Prescription changes from original will require a Doctor’s order.
 
Non-Standard Monovision Prescriptions
 
Non-standard monovision prescriptions can be custom fabricated for an additional $15 per clear lens; $18 per sun lens (includes 100% UV protection). Please download order form, print and complete, or use the order form via brochure provided by your eye care professional and fax along with your Doctor’s written prescription to 910.794.9300.
 
Custom Frames
 
Have your own frame? Send us your own frame(s) via Certified Mail® along with your Doctor's written prescription, or your monovision prescription(s) as indicated on the order form, and we will custom fabricate your lenses.  $15 per clear lens; $18 per sun lens (includes 100% UV protection), plus $5.95 shipping & handling.
 

In the event that your frame is damaged during the process of cutting and inserting new lenses, scratches, lost during transit, etc., we cannot be held responsible for replacement or reimbursement. The condition of your frame, wear and tear and the use of machines for custom upfit can all be contributing factors in the breakage of a frame. You will be notified immediately if any problems should arise.
